FarmersgolfÖ is a variation of the classic game of golf. The golf course is laid out on a farm and the objective is to play a round of ten holes in the least number of strokes. FarmersgolfÖ is played on pastures, over ditches, through forests and amongst the cows.
FarmersgolfÖ was invented and first played in the Achterhoek on the pastures of the Weenink Cheese Farm in Lievelde (the Netherlands).
It is the first farm golf course in the world. From a historical perspective, the Weenink Cheese Farm in Lievelde, the Netherlands is to FarmersgolfÖ what St. Andrews in Scotland is to classic golf.

The number of farm golf courses is growing rapidly: from just a few farm golf courses in early 2004 to more than 170FarmersgolfÖ locations in several countries by june 2010

FarmersgolfÖ is great outdoor fun in a natural setting together with friends, family or colleagues. Everyone can play FarmersgolfÖ. There are no age, skill level or accreditation restrictions - no diplomas required.

"Finlands first Farmersgolf course is now opened in Rymättylä. The course is situated 35 km from historic city of Turku, in Arcipelago which is often described as one of the most beautiful in the world. Famous Moomin world and two normal golf courses are situated in Naantali ,within half an hours drive from Farmersgolf Rymättylä.

Farmersgolf Rymättylä now also offers simple catering for groups.

Later on also Farmers Spa will be opened. Farmers Spa consists of big smoke sauna built under earth, infrared sauna, hot pools, big terrace with sea wiew and private restaurant/meeting room for 45 people."
